Since 1978, Fox eductors have been used to supply reliable pneumatic conveying in hundreds power generation and waste-to-energy plants. Fox venturis are installed in a large variety of different applications, including:

  • pollution control systems such as flue gas desulfurization systems conveying limestone (FGD), activated carbon injection (ACI), and other sorbent delivery applications
  • conveying fly ash at temperatures up to 1600° F from cyclones, dust collectors, and multiclones
  • pneumatically conveying alternative fuels, agwaste, and biomass to combustion chambers, fluidized beds, reactors, and incinerators. Fox eductors are installed all over the world at waste-to-energy plants, conveying shredded paper and plastic, chopped tires (TDF), industrial or municipal waste (RDF), dried sewage sludge, ground carpets, and a huge variety of agricultural waste.
