Replacing unavailable venturi eductors previously supplied by others
Matching Performance
Fox maintains a large inventory of machined from bar venturi eductors. These are weld-assembled with components (nozzle, body) that we manufacture in NJ on our CNC lathes. Because these component parts are unassembled, we can quickly modify – if necessary – eductor internal geometry so that the Fox eductor performance matches – or very closely matches – that of the venturi eductor that your usual supplier cannot deliver.
End Connections
Fox can supply any end connections you may need – flanges, NPT, butt weld prep, 37° flared tubing, etc.
Material of Construction
Our most exhaustive inventory is components in 316 Stainless Steel. We also carry a large inventory of components in Carbon Steel, 304 Stainless, PVC, CPVC, TFE, Monel, and Inconel.
Matching Exact Dimensions – for a Drop-in Replacement
- Replacing One or More – For a quantity of just one or a few, Fox will not be able to exactly match dimensions of the currently unavailable venturi, using stock Fox components. We can provide the dimensions of what we can supply quickly.
- Replacing Venturi Eductors for OEM applications – When working with an OEM who has standardized on a certain venturi eductor – but is now challenged by late or unavailable deliveries – Fox may be able to completely design a machined-from-bar venturi that will exactly match dimensions. This will require a few months to deliver.
