March 2nd, 2022This aquaculture company in Scandinavia started by testing a Fox 4” PVC eductor under a bag dump station – shipped in a week. Feed pellets were manually dumped into a hopper above the eductor. Using seawater at 4 barg/60 psig – the eductor conveyed the fish pellets through 50 – 100 m of 4 inch hose – then sprayed out across the surface of netted salmon pens. The customer is now installing 4” and 2” stainless steel slurry eductors in multiple permanent installations.
